Dear IPRA Rodeo Committee:
WE WANT YOU, to attend the 42nd
Annual International Finals Rodeo! IFR42 will be held January 13-14-15, 2012 in
Oklahoma City,
OK at the State Fair Arena. The IPRA is also
celebrating the 50th anniversary of the IPRA Convention which will
be held January 12-13-14, 2012 at the new host venue Wyndham Garden Hotel.
The IPRA
couldn’t exist without all of the great rodeo committees that sanction their
rodeos all across
North America so we want to do
something special in return. We are offering each IPRA rodeo committee
chairperson that registers for the IPRA Convention two (2) FREE ALL-SESSION TICKETS to IFR42 and special pricing for
additional committee members. The new state of the art host hotel will provide
adequate technology to enhance your learning experience throughout the
committee seminar along with enjoying all four action packed rodeo
performances. You also don’t want to miss a free tour along with breakfast at
the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum on Saturday, January 14, 2011
for committee members and their families.
Our goal is
to give you more useful information to help your rodeo be more successful and
have an opportunity to win some great prizes. This year we are pleased to
announce two grand prizes up for grabs for two lucky committee members. The
lucky winners will win either All Session Tickets to IFR43 along with hotel
accommodations for a one night stay at the Wyndham Garden Hotel or a brand new
roping saddle. To be eligible you must register for the convention and attend
the committee meeting and seminar. Each Chairperson registered will receive a FREE IFR42 COMMEORATIVE JACKET with
special discounts on additional jackets for committee members. You’re invited
to stop by the IPRA Hospitality Room, host of the nightly buckle presentations,
but this is also a place that rodeo committees, stock contractors, and
contestants may gather to visit before and/or after the rodeo performances, you
will also have the opportunity to visit with IPRA contract act performers.
All
meetings, convention activities, and IPRA hospitality will be located at the
