Things are starting to wind down for the year. We have had a great year this year even with the economy down like it is. We still have one play day left in September and one in October so plan on coming out and joining in the fun.
The Annual Round Up Day at the Tulsa State Fair will be Monday October 4th and admission to the fair is free that day when you come and participate or to help but you will need to be in the gate by 7am in the morning and don’t forget if you are bringing a horse you will need current Coggins papers and an Health Certificate on older than 30 days or they will not let you in the gate with your horse. We have a lot of folks from the club entered this year so come on out and help cheer them on.
Next month we’ll be having our annual Fall Trail Ride and we will be going to Pineville, AR to the Ponderosa campground. The facilities are very nice with electric & water hookups, and stalls also available for your horse. They also have restrooms and shower facilities available also. As soon as we gate a date we will put it out on call notes, I hope a lot of you will come and go with us it’s a lot of fun.
We will be starting to have a few work days at the arena before long to get some things done before the weather turn’s bad on us so when we get the date’s set please come on out and give us a hand.
